Deliverables

Grant submissions

The Canadian North Arctic Comedy Festival is a registered not-for-profit that stages a week-long festival of comedy, events and hi-jinx to showcase indigenous talents. The organization needed new sources of support in order to deliver on its mission, and AMP was ready to help.

Strategic Grant Development

AMP experts supported the Canadian North Arctic Comedy Festival in identifying granting organizations with programs that aligned their objectives. We then carefully structured the proposals to meet the grant submission requirements and managed all communications with the granting bodies.

The Results

Since starting work with AMP, the festival has received important grant contributions, most notably from a major Canadian government arts funding program. The funding has supported the organization in producing a high-quality comedy festival that supports Indigenous artists in the region, showcasing Canadian Northern Indigenous talent.
